Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She started participating in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after she quit gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card within a year and was 17. She was the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she left off in previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took her first six years of competition to get her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she finished third. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her result. The competition was among the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out includes her lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. It is common to warm up first, followed by an actual exercise. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being lightweight day, and the other days heavy weight.
