Sharp was a student of clarinet, keyboard as well as cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. When she was awarded a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory because of her enthusiasm for school theatre Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude, where she was awarded the B.F.A. Sharp began her journey on stage after graduating at the Conservatory. Sharp appeared in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Other theatre performances include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with playwright August Wilson himself. Sharp's works aren't limited to stage or screen. Sharp also wrote and written several scripts. In addition to singing, Sharp is making an album. Sharp enjoys staying fit and always in top fitness by learning Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp lives with her spouse and two children in Los Angeles.
